The Chamber has launched our General Election Manifesto that focuses on the key issues that we believe are most important to grow our economy and provide a better life for our community.
South Dublin is a great place to live, work, visit and study, we face challenges, key amongst them is housing, energy supply, water both fresh and wastewater, childcare and climate change. We also have a national planning system that is not fit for purpose and impacts many of the issues we need addressed.
Our members face increased costs due to regulatory changes and the imposition of further compliance measures; we need to see the roll out of the EUs Competitiveness check and the SME test.
We will be meeting election candidates to share with them the concerns and hopes of our members for a better business future.
